SpotterFuel privacy policy

SpotterFuel is built for simple private use: no account, no ads, no HealthKit, on-device workout choices, Apple-managed Pro purchases, and basic diagnostics for reliability.

Summary

SpotterFuel works without creating an account. The app does not use ads, third-party tracking, HealthKit, location, camera, contacts, or a SpotterFuel account server. Exercise choices and workout information stay on your device.

Basic app launch and diagnostic information may be processed through Expo and Apple platform services to monitor reliability and app health. This diagnostic information is not used for advertising or third-party tracking.

SpotterFuel Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple. SpotterFuel stores whether Pro is active so it can unlock all swap options and the Also busy filter.

Data in the app

Muscle selections, busy equipment choices, exercises, and swap suggestions entered or viewed in SpotterFuel stay on your device. SpotterFuel does not operate a login or account system for this information.

SpotterFuel Pro purchases

SpotterFuel Pro is purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system as a one-time, non-subscription unlock. Apple processes the payment, Apple ID purchase history, refunds, taxes, and store account details under Apple's own policies.

The app may receive purchase and entitlement status from Apple, such as whether the SpotterFuel Pro product is active, so the app can unlock paid features and let you check purchase status from Purchase Help. SpotterFuel does not receive your credit card number or full Apple ID payment details.

Diagnostics

SpotterFuel may use Expo Insights and Apple-provided diagnostics to understand app launches, crashes, and reliability. These tools help maintain the app and are not used to build advertising profiles, sell data, or track you across apps and websites.

Support email

If you contact support by email, your email address and message are used only to respond to your request. This support correspondence happens outside the app through your email provider.

Apple and platform services

Apple may process App Store, purchase, download, crash, or device information according to Apple's own policies. SpotterFuel does not receive personal App Store account payment details from Apple.

Health and fitness data

SpotterFuel does not read from or write to Apple Health or HealthKit. It does not collect medical records, clinical data, or health research data, and it does not use fitness information for advertising, marketing, or data mining.
